The ArteCrafts site allows all artisans in the world to manage their shop, their profile, their articles and their publication online. The ordering process is safe. The platform keeps the money of the customer until the customer validates or refuses the article. The payments are checked and triggered manually in order to avoid fraud. An evaluation questionnaire is sent to the customer in order to comment on their articles received.
